Space Production starts subsidiary in Germany

Space Production AB is expanding its operations with a newly started subsidiary in Germany, Space Production GmbH. The newly started company will take on the same type of assignments as the parent company, and act as an extended arm of the existing business 

Germany have a big market in the field, and is known as the worlds biggest trade fair and exhibition country. In the outskirts of Hannover you can find the worlds biggest exhibition area in terms of area, where Space Production has on several ocsations carried out projects. By starting a subsidiary, the german market comes closer and it will be more natural to take on more assignments there.

The subsidiary is 51% owned by Space Production AB and 49% by Michael Jung, who also gets the role of CEO at the german company. Michael has worked with Space Production AB several times, mostly in Germany, and now it seemed logical to join forces.

Lasse Frisk, CEO at Space Producion AB, is looking forward to a close collaboration with the german company: "It will be fun to work even closer to Michael Jung, my friend and close collaborator for more than 20 years. Together we now have the possibility to develop Space Productions deliveries in Germany, both for our loyal customers and for our new clients.”

The first project requests have already rolled in and in the near future the company will undertake its first assignment.
