Last fall, Space production Production again took on an incredible project in Las Vegas: the event FORWARD for UiPath. For the fifth year in a row, we were trusted to produce and install this large scale event, and 2024 marks our most comprehensive work regarding staff and material.
FORWARD is an annual event arranged by UiPath, one of the leading companiesin RPA (Robotic Process Automation). The event is for partners and customers of UiPath who are interested in AI-driven automation and its applications in different fields. For Space Production the event is a huge opportunity to contribute to creating an impressive and engaging experience for the participants.
The event was held at MGM Grand, on of the largest hotels in the world, and covered over 11 000 square metersof exhibition space, 740 square meters outdoor area, and the whole of their large conventioncenter.
We also produced a Keynote Theater with a capacity of 4 000 spectators, that had an advanced decor and stage. With a workforce of 70 people, we have organized and implemented a logistical and productional effort. We were responsible for the constructions and carpentry, as well as coordinating the large material flow and comprehensive inventory – a job that put high demand on both precision and teamwork. In total, we handled over 900 cubic meters of material.
It is amazing to see what is achievable when all these skilled people collaborate to transform ideas into reality. Thank you to all involved – we look forward to the next challenge!
