When we talk to Mats, project manager at Space Production, it becomes clear that a trade show booth can be so much more than just a feature for a few days.

– The most important thing is to think beyond the trade fair floor already in the planning phase, says Mats Flodén.
– A well-designed stand can be used as a showroom, pop-up shop or event space long after the trade fair. Then it will not be a one-time cost, but a long-term investment in the brand.

Modular solutions
He also highlights the importance of flexibility, both in design and use. 
– We work a lot with modular solutions. This means that the stand can be easily adapted to spaces and events. You get a mobile platform that keeps the brand together regardless of location, which strengthens recognition and credibility.

Another important aspect is technology. Mats believes that digital elements are almost a given today – but only if they are used correctly. 
– Interactive screens, AR/VR or QR codes can make a big difference. They create engagement on the spot, but also opportunities to collect data and insights that can be used in the future. 

Remember the documentation
Mats also advises thinking more broadly about the content of the stand.
– Feel free to bring your partners or suppliers. This provides added value for the visitor, demonstrates transparency and creates trust. 
And finally: document what you do.
– Take photos, film, collect impressions. It provides content that can be used in your channels long after the fair – in newsletters, social media or on the website. It extends your reach considerably.
