2025 marks a new era for UiPath, a company at the forefront of automation and artificial intelligence. At this year's big event FUSION held in Las Vegas, the technology and exclusivity of the future took center stage.
The event was held at Wynn, an impressive hotel and casino in Las Vegas, known for its large golf course and exclusive atmosphere. Behind the scenes, a Swedish team of 44 people worked intensively to build the entire event over four days.
Each sponsor was given a unique environment with their own lounge and branding, designed to reflect their brand and vision. Custom-built walls, counters and bars were produced to create interactive experiences and meetings for visitors.
The big talking point of the year within the Space team was the 670 tables that were to be assembled for the Keynote Theater. To create an exclusive feel, each pair of chairs was given its own table with lamp and notepad. The tables may have been relatively easy to assemble, but since each table has four legs, it took a full day's effort with 10 assemblers to mount the 2680 legs.
For the participants, FUSION was an insight into how AI agents and automation can transform their businesses and create new opportunities for the future. For us at Space, we are once again excited to be part of such an innovative and large-scale project.
