Additional Orders for Nordic Coffee Fest 2026
Products ordered through this page will be supplied by Nordic Coffee Fest contractor Space Production AB.
All products will be delivered straight to your stand at Nordic Coffee Fest.

After placing your order we will send you an invoice, payment terms 30 days .

Important dates for Additional Orders
All orders must be placed on this order page. No email orders will be accepted.
Orders:
- Place your orders before January 31, 2026.
- Orders placed between February 1-15 2026 have a 50% price increase from the original price
- Last day for orders is February 15, 2026
For Print products, you will need to supply Space Production with printable files before February 15, 2026.

If the files do not correspond to these guidelines, we may need to do additional work before printing, at an additional cost.
Power and lights
The exhibition area have general lighting, but if you want to illuminate your stand and branding we recommend ordering spotlights.
In your stand a 1500 W outlet is included, that corresponds to approximately one small kettle. If you need additional power beyond the 1500W already included in your booth package, you must fill out the power order form in the Event Hub. Or click here to place an order now.
Installation
All material ordered through this page will be set up by the Space Production team before you arrive to your stand.
If you have your own stand material and want help setting it up, we are happy to assist with manpower. You can book installation personell either by hour, or by day to install your stand. We have a skilled local crew, that have worked with all types of exhibitions stands and systems. Please book personell on this website, or contact ncf-order@spaceproduction.se
Design Stand
Do you need help creating a design and layout for Nordic Coffee Fest 2026? We can design and produce a custom stand for you.
